Two groups were experimental (PEP & TPT) and one was control group. A short demographical questionnaire was administered to attain the bio data of the participants, and administered PMHs before training of PEP &TPI on experimental group, after training sessions that Positive mental health scale (PMHs) was again administered to examine the mental health of the participants (Pre and post). After studying and training of three groups, for analysis SPSS 24 was used. One way ANOVA was applied to find out the therapeutic efficacy of all three groups. The baseline of post therapy the mean value of PMHs was 29.86±7.12, the mean value of PEP was 36.15±2.20, the mean value of TPI was 28.8±3.29, and has significant difference between group P<0.01. There are two important insights that were got from the finding of study: I: Positive energy psychotherapeutic intervention led to significant changes and 2: Positive energy psychotherapeutic intervention has great effectiveness and highly significant in shorter period of time, mostly outcome shows after single session.
